SAMPLING:

We charge double prices on samples Because Sample Production always takes the similar time consumption as to bulk order working and similar energy of raw material arrangements, management, fix costs of Pattern making, Cutting, designing and also carry high cost of wages due to high rate of time consumption of labor worker. However, we adjust the sample extra charges into normal charges once a bulk order is placed after approval of samples with necessary satisfaction and advance payment.

ORDER PLACEMENT GUIDELINES:

For fast processing of order, must send us all order details in one email, we don’t accept details provided scatteredly in different periodic emails and whatsapp. Because order details being provide in chats and oral conversations are considered informal.

Please Also follow the guidelines as advised below;

• Provide us very clear list of Names, Number, Sizes of clothing in excel sheet or look alike easy to read sheet/list.
• Provide us good resolution files/pictures of labels, tags, DIYs, club/sponsor Logos etc in Jpeg, PDF, CDR etc.
• Provide us clear guidelines in a separate page attached in numbering or bullets i.e. size of sponsor logos, color combination advice, sleeves advice, collar style, Zip or Buttons, logos placement advice etc.
• We discourage any alteration or changes in finalized order once done and has been started to produce, this practice surely made the order turnout time longer as well as raise the cost of production in some cases.
• After providing all final details and confirmation of advance payment by customer, we initiate the order designing as per our mutual agreed schedule; also get the designing approved from customer before we go for cutting and stitching process.

DESIGNING THE PRODUCT:

Whether you need an existing logo reproduced or brand new custom art, our talented staffs will work with you from concept to finished art. Designs are offered in a wide variety of subjects, styles, shapes, and sizes, to suit any project

• Artwork must be saved as a CDR, PDF, TIFF, PSD, EPS, AI or PNG file.

• Illustrator art, created as vector artwork, should be saved as either an EPS or AI file

• Photoshop files should be saved as PSD or PNG, preferably in layers

• All fonts need to be converted to ‘OUTLINE’ format. This saves you from having to send the fonts as well.

• All Pantone colors should be specified in order for you to get a more accurate print. If you have a color copy of your artwork that you would like us to match, please send.

MISTAKES & REPAIRS:

Custom Clothing is a complex process; there are number of steps that you and Formal Sports need to go through in order to get your orders to you. Unfortunately in rare occasions mistakes can be made. If you receive something that you did not approve, have a color or print problem or a manufacturing issue, contact us immediately. If we have made an error in your order, we will remake or repair your order as soon as possible. If, however, you have ordered the incorrect items or sizes or approved a design that is incorrect or any other issue not within the control of ours, we cannot take responsibility for that, however, we will work with you to come up with a solution to help you get on the road as soon as we can.

Delivery Information

Courier Services:

We always quote delivery charges in quotation providing the customer all best possible options of courier services, expected delivery time & cost so that our customer could calculate his overall order cost before he places the order to initiate & confirm the quotation.

Selection of courier service depends on many factors since every courier service has its different rates which are variable depending on destination, weight or dimension of the consignment. We as Formal Sports always guide and suggest the best service to our customers having best knowledge and experience of all services.

However some are basic rules to choose the courier service for any specific consignment has dependability, how quickly a customer wants his shipment, what is maximum budget he has since every courier service has varied rates for varied countries. If the rate per kg is comparatively less than other courier services means more days to wait for delivery and vice versa.

Cargo Services:

Air Cargo services are relatively cheaper than courier services if the consignment has considerable weight or volume i.e. 100kg and its rates are taken from Cargo companies depending upon availability of Airline services at that moment. However air cargo service is normally delivered to the nearest airport where customer could get release his shipment himself or by hiring an agent.

Likewise Sea Cargo services are most cheap services having 4-5 weeks port delivery time where the concerned customer could get release his consignment himself or hiring an agent.
